ABOUT OLIVIA
When people describe me, they say I'm fun, energetic, passionate, vivacious, an energiser bunny, loyal, sincere and fit. They're not wrong, I do believe that life is for living. I love what I do and aim to always life my best!
I first began yoga at the turn of the Century, it has since become a daily ritual where I find an immense amount of mental, physical and spiritual connection. I began incorporating dōTERRA essential oils and products into my family home and daily life from early 2016. I have a successful and growing business as a Movement & Mindfulness mentor.
I'm proud to have produced years of happy customers and look forward to continuing my work for years to come! My love for Yoga and living a healthy life drives who I am and what I do.

Here's what I can offer you...
With over two decades in the health and wellness industry I combine my passion for sport - just about anything outdoors but especially; running, biking, hiking, skiing (both water & snow), tennis, golf, netball, hockey, boxing, touch rugby, weights and of course Yoga. To name a few! My Industry experience from working with clients 1:1 for their sporting achievements in & out of a gym environment, to group yoga sessions, assisting corporates, school groups PLUS working with the Crusaders and All Blacks as their stretching facilitator. And with my enthusiasm and zest for life which means you get a grounded energiser bunny to work with you!
We spend time nailing down your goals, macro to micro. Whether they're yoga specific, sport specific, nutritional, hormonal, sleep or stress related or a combination of all of the above.
We decide together on a way forward, that best suits your health & wellness goals for ultimate balance for life. This could be a hand held program where we communicate weekly, to a once a month tune in, to an email on occasions, depending on your needs and budget.
Personalised programs gain the best results wth consistent commitment, but if you're just looking for motivation and my energy to guide you to 'live your best' then a subscription to my weekly yoga sessions may be just the ticket.
