YOGA FOR RUNNER'S AND CYCLIST'S

If you're an everyday athlete or someone competing and have a desire to improve your strength, flexibility and mobility as well as reduce your stress and inflammation within your body and mind, then this app is for you. Injuries, aliments and concerns are usually to do with a connection or rather a disconnection between mind and body, plus an in-ability to move beyond a range of motion. By working with me 1:1 we can tailor a program to suit you and your lifestyle reducing your injury load on your body and increasing flexibility both in body and mind.

I offer weekly general classes suitable to all ages and abilities. If you can join me live, GREAT, if not, the classes are available for you to participate in, in your own time, from the comfort of your own space. 

I will also offer a subscription package where you can watch and join classes to suit your level, ability and time frame.
